About the Project
Viengvada Mekong Residences (VMR) is the largest Mekong riverfront site, with a unique layout – a rare and in Vientiane. It’s located in a fast-developing area and is currently surrounded by both agricultural and residential spaces.
It is a medium-density development. The site will house around 41 individual villas in four main types to deliver high-quality, well-designed and functional properties in a quiet, healthy and safe environment. The entire project will be accessible via a two-lane private bridge with a palm lined driveway connecting to the major concrete road. Over a third of VMR is reserved for spacious shared green spaces, communal facilities such as a swimming pool and gym, driveways, and a security gate.
There are four main types of 2-storey villas:
– Prima d’Or Villa (PO)
– Pavilion Villa (PA)
– Atrium Villa (AT)
– Mekong Breeze Villa (MB)
Styling
Decisions on housing types were driven by the idea of high-quality, well-designed properties with efficient land use. Emphasis was also placed on the expected evolution of local tastes in style, interior spaces and features in the short- and medium term, based on trends in international markets. What stands out when you visit Viengvada Mekong Residences is the spatial configuration of the architectural project. Homes are individual and private, intimately interwoven with each other by various tropical plant varieties. The design of driveways and placement of houses are centred around internal park areas, and the resort-style layout helps reduce car speed and is pedestrian-friendly.
Personalization
A home reflects the personality of its owner. We truly understand the importance of having a home that fits your lifestyle – and we off¬er you the option to personalize all houses to best fit your requirements. Home buyers will be able to personalize their villas by choosing a variety of materials for interior finishing’s. The exterior space around each villa (except Prima d’Or villa) includes a green space to which a private pool can be added. Individually landscaped mini-gardens mark the entrance to each private zone with lavish trees and dense foliage wrapped around the residences.
