The Atrium Villa (424 m2) is the largest of the available homes and provides very spacious living space as well as five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms transformed into a study or multipurpose room. The villa is constructed around an inner atrium and includes both an open modern kitchen and a Lao service kitchen.

In Phase 1, a total of three Atrium villas will be constructed.
