The quoted prices include both the villas and the land plots as well as access to and use of all common spaces and facilities such as green areas, Mekong riverside, swimming pool, fitness, clubhouse/cafe, parking spaces, driveways, water and wastewater/drainage and

Residents will be subject to a monthly service fee, calculated on an actual cost basis, to cover operations linked to common areas, such as maintenance, gardening, cleanliness and garbage collection, 24/7 security guards, Wi-Fi and on-site management.
